Samantha is a fully qualified STA (Swimming Teachers’ Association) Level 2 (Beginners)Teacher and holds
the RLSS National Rescue Award with Infant Life Support. She has also attended the Lifesavers (The Royal Life
Saving Society UK) Baby Resuscitation clinic. Samantha holds the Birthlight Infant Aquatics
Teacher and Birthlight Baby Yoga Teacher Diplomas (passed with distinction) - and just as
importantly has a baby of her own as well as several nieces and nephews so understand little
one’s moods, temperaments and sheer determination to dothings their own way!
For both infant aquatics and baby yoga, Samantha actively follows the Birthlight approach,
encouraging babies and their carers to bond, socialise and spend quality time together.
